With the opening of our online shop, we bring even more Beauty to our online members and our BeautyBox subscribers. Being the first BeautyBox in Indonesia to have an ecommerce section on their platform.

WHAT KIND OF PRODUCTS DO YOU OFFER?

We want to keep our members and shoppers happy, so we always update our website with the newest and best selling beauty products from all over the world. Giving us a heads up in Indonesia. The kind of products we offer are hand picked by our Beauty editors and in most cases not available anywhere else in Indonesia except at BeautyTreats Indonesia.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE YOU OFFERING?

Currently we are accepting payment via wire transfers, but will add payment visa VISA and MASTERCARD and debit cards very soon.

IF I HAVE A BILLING ISSUE OR I HAVE MOVED, WHAT TO DO?

Updating your information is easy! Just login to your account at www.beautytreats.co.id go to your “Manage Account” settings. Their you can edit and adjust any information you want, starting from username/ password to your beauty profile and shipping address.

AM I ABLE TO RETURN OF EXCHANGE THE PRODUCTS I BOUTGH?

Our products are non refundable, UNLESS you have received the item(s) broken. Please contact our customer service via telephone or email to help you further with this matter.

WHERE DOES BEAUTYTREATS INDONESIA SHIP TO?

We are currently shippin throughout whole Indonesia, from the capital Jakarta all the way to Timika, Papua. So all Indonesian women can enjoy the wonderful products we offer.

I HAVE PAID, WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS?

If the products that you have ordered are in stock, we shop them on the same day of payment, unless payment is done after 16:00 in the afternoon. Products will be then shipped the next morning.
